What I actually do
I come to you — your office, a hospital room, a care facility, or wherever signing needs to happen. I notarize acknowledgments, jurats, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and loan packages, and I stay for the whole signing so nothing gets rushed.

What I won't do
A notary is an impartial official, and I take that seriously. I won't prepare legal documents, tell you which document to sign, or give legal advice — that protects both of us. What I will do is verify identity, confirm you're signing willingly, and put my seal on it correctly the first time.
If a signer can't be present, doesn't have acceptable ID, or seems confused or pressured, Nevada law requires me to decline — and I will. That refusal is exactly what makes a notarized document trustworthy.
