Services & fees
Our notary fees follow the statutory rates set by the State of Nevada (NRS 240.100). Travel fees are $15 per hour between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and $30 per hour between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., with a two-hour minimum.

Card payments by Square
Cards are processed securely through Square, either on-site at the appointment or through a payment link we send you. A 3%+ service fee applies to card payments to cover processing costs — cash, check, and Zelle have no added fee.

Electronic notarization
eNotary & Remote Online Notarization
Nevada law allows a fee of up to $25 per electronic notarial act (NRS 240.197). The online notary platform is not set up yet, so eNotary and RON are waitlist services for now.

Travel fees (NRS 240.100)
Nevada caps notary travel fees by the hour, and the cap differs for electronic notarial acts (NRS 240.197) and traditional paper acts (NRS 240.100). Travel is agreed to with you in advance — it is a separate charge and is not part of the notarial fee required by law.

Mileage may also be charged at the rate allowed for State of Nevada officers and employees (the current federal standard mileage rate).
Two-hour minimum (2 hours)
A two-hour minimum applies to travel in both the 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. windows. Additional travel time beyond the two-hour minimum is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Separate from the notary fee
The travel fee is separate from the notarial fee and is not a fee required by law. It is charged only for travel to you and must be agreed to in advance.
Cancellation after travel begins
If an appointment is cancelled after travel has begun, the agreed travel fee is still due.
Estimated travel by distance
Distance is one-way from central Reno; estimates reflect round-trip travel time billed at the daytime hourly cap and include the two-hour minimum. Electronic acts use the statutory electronic rate. Remote online notarization has no travel fee.
