Payment is due at the time of service
Payment is collected at the appointment, when services are rendered. We accept:
- Cash
- Check

- Major credit and debit cards (a 3% card processing fee applies)
You can also pay online any time using the Pay Now link on our Services page.
Travel fees are separate from notary fees
Nevada law caps the fee for each notarial act, and separately permits an hourly travel fee when agreed upon in advance. Travel fees are not set by law — they are agreed to at booking and shown to you before you confirm:
- Regular (paper) notarizations: $15/hour between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. (two-hour minimum, $30); $30/hour between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. (two-hour minimum, $60)
- Electronic notarial acts (NRS 240.197): $10/hour daytime (two-hour minimum, $20); $25/hour nighttime (two-hour minimum, $50)
Travel time beyond the two-hour minimum is charged pro rata at the applicable hourly rate.
Cancellations
Life happens — you may reschedule or cancel free of charge using the link in your confirmation email, as long as we have not yet started traveling to your appointment.
If you cancel after we have started traveling, the agreed travel fee is still due. This is permitted under NRS 240.100 because the travel fee was agreed upon in advance.
Unable to complete a notarization
If we travel to your appointment but cannot complete the notarization — for example, identification is missing or insufficient, a signer is unavailable or unwilling, or the document is incomplete — the agreed travel fee is still due, but no notarial act fee is charged.
No-shows
If a signer is not present at the agreed location and time and we cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment is treated as a cancellation after travel has begun and the agreed travel fee is due.
